Q: Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long will it take? How much does it cost?

A:  You may schedule an appointment or we do accept walk-ins Monday thru Friday.  Saturday is by appointment only.  Estimates should take less than an hour at no charge.

Q: What do I do if I have an accident?

A:  Firstly, call your local police department to file a report.  If the vehicle needs to be towed you can tell them to take it directly to our facility.  Contact us to let us know the situation, and contact your insurance company to file a claim.

Q: Am I required to obtain more than one estimate?

A:  No, you are not required to obtain more than one estimate.  

Q: Do I have to go to the auto body repair shop that my insurance suggests?

A:  No, you may take you vehicle to the auto body repair shop of your choose. 

Q: What if the estimate written by the insurance company is lower than the shop's estimate?

A:  We will review your insurance company's estimate, and determine what additional costs are necessary.  Then we will contact your insurance company on your behalf, and submit a supplement request for those additional cost.

Q: When do I pay my deductible?

A:  If you are required to pay a deductible, it will be due when you pick up your vehicle.
